We guarantee rent to the property owner and take on the utility costs, we then rent out the house on a room by room basis to young professionals.
Tenant finding, referencing and onboarding is all done by us so that you don’t have to lift a finger.
If any refurbishment is needed to your property to meet our requirements, our team is on hand to make this happen and we will provide all the furniture necessary to get it up to scratch.
Under our care, your property could rise in value and will be maintained to a high standard.
Maintenance and repairs are also carried out by our team with no extra surcharge. Your property is safe in our hands.
